Ela.
Originally from the Philippines, Ela built Ela Clean on the Gold Coast through word of mouth, hard work and an extraordinary eye for detail. She notices the things that turn a finished job into a home that feels properly cared for.
At We Help, Ela brings together and trains our Filipino team. The people she works with share the qualities she values: care, hard work, pride in the details and a sense of fun. She passes on her practical skills and personal standards, while making sure our people feel supported and valued.

Ela started Ela Clean on Australia’s Gold Coast with a straightforward approach: do the job properly, notice the little things and bring good energy into every home. Her exacting attention to detail became the foundation of the business.

Sam proposed an equal partnership: he would lead the business and technology, while Ela would bring together and train a great Filipino team. That shared idea became We Help. Cleaning is the starting point; folding, organising, dog walking, babysitting and everyday errands build around it. Starting in Auckland, our ambition is to bring this personal approach across New Zealand — looking after our clients and the people who do the work.
